Have I told you lately that I love a margarita? I REALLY love a margarita. This one is simple, tart, and an absolute fundamental in my cocktail ouvre. It reminds me of being in Zihuatanejo, ordering drinks from the swim-up bar. Welcome to my happy place.  
Food pairing: Low-Carb Tortilla Chips with Guacamole

Instructions
 

  • If you want a salt rim, rub some lime juice around the rim of your glass, then dip it in a plate of salt. I like a Tajín rim to give it a bit of spice!  
  • Put all of the ingredients in your shaker with ice and give it a good shake. 
  • Strain it into a margarita glass. 
  • Garnish with a wedge or wheel of lime.
