I have to admit it: I’m not one of those people who needs seasons. I’m pretty happy with a steady 80 degrees and sun. This cocktail might help me to welcome fall a little bit more easily, so I can put on my gloves and boots and heavy coat and scarf and...drink a warming, mellow cocktail. And the best part is that it’s lower in sugar and extremely easy to make.
Let’s focus on Halloween. I can get behind Halloween. Boo!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 oz. spiced rum
  • 1 oz. heavy cream
  • ½ oz. sugar-free pumpkin spice syrup

Instructions
 

  • Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and add the rum, cream, and pumpkin spice syrup.
  • Shake vigorously.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with low-carb whipped cream (optional) and a little sprinkling of nutmeg.
  • Note: the nutritional information doesn’t count the whipped cream.
