Long Beach Iced Tea
Long Beach Iced Tea
I was looking for a way to use up some of my "diet" cranberry juice and found this recipe from Steve the Bartender. It's a variation on the beloved Long Island Iced Tea, using cranberry juice instead of the cola. I adapted Steve's recipe to reduce the sugar and carbs, and it turned out great!
Ingredients
- 2 oz. diet cranberry juice (I found one with only two grams of net carbs)
- 1 oz. lime juice
- ¾ oz. sugar-free simple syrup
- ½ oz. blanco tequila
- ½ oz. sugar-free coffee liqueur
- ½ oz. gin
- ½ oz. vodka
- ½ oz. white rum
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Give it a good, solid shake.
- Strain it into a large highball or pint glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lemon or lime wheel.
