I was looking for a way to use up some of my "diet" cranberry juice and found this recipe from Steve the Bartender. It's a variation on the beloved Long Island Iced Tea, using cranberry juice instead of the cola. I adapted Steve's recipe to reduce the sugar and carbs, and it turned out great!

  • Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  • Give it a good, solid shake.
  • Strain it into a large highball or pint glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a lemon or lime wheel.
