Espresso Martini with Tequila
An espresso martini is traditionally made with vodka, but what if you made it with tequila? That was my question…and I found the answer. The tequila makes itself known here and results in a VERY different cocktail than the vodka version. They’re both excellent!Food pairing: Keto Chocolate Mousse from Headbanger’s Kitchen.
Ingredients
- 1⅓ oz. blanco tequila
- 1 oz. cold brew coffee
- ⅔ oz. sugar-free coffee liqueur
- ⅓ oz. sugar-free simple syrup
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in your shaker and shake them with ice.
- Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
- Garnish with cocoa powder and/or coffee beans.
